The development of domestic automotive plastics still needs to be strengthened

in recent years, the consumption of plastics in automobiles has risen rapidly. The average consumption of plastics per automobile in the world reached 105 kg in 2000, accounting for about 8%% 12% of the total weight of automobiles. At present, automotive plastics in developed countries have accounted for 7% to 8% of the total consumption of plastics, and it is expected to reach 10% in the near future, with relatively large investment of 11%. The varieties of automotive plastics have covered almost all plastic fields such as polypropylene, polyurethane, PVC, thermosetting composites, ABS, nylon and polyethylene since this year. In 2005, China's demand for automotive plastics reached 450000 tons, and it is expected to reach 720000 tons in 2010. However, compared with the strong development momentum in the world, the development of domestic automotive plastics still needs to be strengthened

if the accuracy of the strain gauge is not high, or the anti-aging ability of the adhesive used to fix the strain gauge is not good, or the material of the sensor is poor, but the test results of the experimental machine sometimes have some errors, which will affect the accuracy and service life of the sensor
