However, in terms of the current development of marine coatings in China, its development path seems to be hindered, which is specifically manifested in the following characteristics

However, some domestic marine coatings enterprises focus on the military ship market, workshop primer and a small part of the domestic ocean going ship market. This result is mainly due to the lack of product innovation by domestic enterprises and the lack of ability of research units to transform product research into the market. Below, the author summarizes four feasible schemes for the development of domestic marine coating enterprises, hoping to help the development of domestic enterprises

four suggestions for domestic marine coating enterprises

I. corporate strategy: whether to establish a foothold in the marine coating market and enter the international market of the marine coating industry? Firstly, the increase of ship owners in China has brought rare opportunities to domestic enterprises; Secondly, the transfer of China's manufacturing industry to the mainland also brings a large demand for inland river ships (and ocean shipping). China's ship coating enterprises can take this opportunity to strive for more market share

II. Enterprise operation and management: first, the establishment of a modern sales team; Secondly, modern enterprise production and operation management, including cost, efficiency, quality, safety, environmental protection and other management

III. accelerating the reserve of technical personnel: appropriate and leading products (including services) are the basis for enterprises to survive and maintain a leading position in the market. Compared with Chinese multinational companies, domestic enterprises may have certain advantages in the reserve of technical personnel. Why do you say that? There are two reasons. First, although foreign enterprises have established R & D centers in China, the main research is still carried out in their foreign department for total determination of Hb, HRB (or HRC) and HV hardness values, and the R & D personnel lack a sense of achievement; Second, the scale of foreign enterprises is huge, the project approval is cumbersome, and their domestic personnel lack decision-making power. For these two points, domestic enterprises are relatively superior

IV. strengthen product innovation: that is to say, strengthen the development of high-performance, construction friendly, environmental protection, health, safety, energy-saving and other products. Develop raw materials with excellent performance (mainly epoxy resin, epoxy curing agent, etc.) with domestic raw material suppliers who are in a wait-and-see mood, so as to have an advantage in price. In addition, domestic enterprises also need to speed up the development of epoxy general primer, solvent-free epoxy primer suitable for construction and high-performance, oil-saving and environmental friendly antifouling paint

the above four points are some suggestions for domestic marine coating enterprises, hoping to help the development of domestic enterprises. At the same time, it is also hoped that China's marine coatings will become more and more involved in Chinese books, newspapers, printed pictures and other printed materials; The manuscripts, typescripts and design drawings are large and occupy a place in China's marine paint market.
